The son of the Manchester United manager is a goalkeeper and has been at Fulham since he was 14.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is widely regarded as one of the best football coaches in the world, with a record to back it up.
However, his playing record never made him look destined for greatness. He had a fairly uneventful central midfield career with clubs such as Rio Ave and Belenenses.
The hope for his son, also named Jose Mourinho, was that he could do better. Jose Mourinho Jr signed a new deal with Fulham in July last year set to last until 2018, after previously playing in youth teams at Inter Milan and CD Canillas, and had been with Fulham since 14-years-old.

Unfortunately, that spell at the Cottagers has come to an end.
The 17-year-old, who has struggled with an ankle injury this season, cancelled his contract with Fulham by mutual consent at the end of last month – as confirmed on the official FA website.
His exit from Fulham will no doubt be hard to take for the teenager, who never got the chance to make an impact at Craven Cottage.
Who knows what will happen in the future? But even if he cannot forge a successful playing career it might not stop him making a name for himself in the game.
Just look at his old man.
